Whats For Dinner Next Week, 3-18-23 at Miz Helen's Country Cottage
I am looking forward to having my cup of tea and visiting with you while I put this meal plan together today. Spring arrives on Monday so I am looking for some great Spring recipes. I know that we have  some beautiful kale, cabbage and collards in the garden, we will see what I can do with those fresh vegetables.
I am in my office this afternoon and as I look out the window I can see the beautiful wild flowers in the pasture and the Paint horses just peacefully grazing on the grass, I love watching them when they are on this end of the pasture. We mowed the lawn for the first time this week, so the yard work has officially started for Spring!

  1. It all looks so yummy! Spring hasn't quit hit here yet, despite what the calendar says... but it's good to know it's on the way and will only get warmer from here. Today I'm cooking up a big pot of soup to keep us warm.
