Welcome to our meal planning session, we are having a rain soaked weekend here in East Texas. What a great time to sip some coffee and warm up with some great recipes. It was warmer earlier in the week which enabled me to have fun with my Veggie Pod. I planted 50 onion sets in the Pod and can't wait to watch them grow. I am so happy that you are here for our meal planning session today, its more fun when you are here.
