How To Make
Old Fashioned Strawberry Delight
Place the sliced strawberries into a medium sauce pan and cover with the dry strawberry Jello.
Heat the strawberry and Jello mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until the Jello is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside.
Set aside 4 tablespoon of the graham cracker crumbs. Place the remainder of the graham cracker crumbs in a medium size mixing bowl and add the melted butter. I like to use a fork to blend the butter with the graham cracker crumbs. Blend together until the graham cracker crumbs are completely moistened.
Spray a light coat of cooking oil in a 9X13 baking dish. Press the graham cracker butter mixture into the bottom of the baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 9 to 12 minutes until set. Remove to a cooling rack and set aside.
Place the softened cream cheese into a medium mixing bowl. Using and hand held electric mixer add the confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract. Continue beating until the mixture is completely smooth. Set aside.
In an electric mixing bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip the mixture until soft peaks form.

completely smooth and mixed well.
Spread about half the cream cheese and whipped cream mixture on top of the cool graham cracker crust.Very carefully spoon the strawberry mixture over the creamed cheese and whipped cream mixture.
Sprinkle the dry graham cracker crumbs on top of the last dessert layer. Refrigerator for at least 4 hours or best over night so the dessert can set before serving.
