Whats For Dinner Next Week 2-25-18

As I start this meal plan today, I am grateful that I don't have to put on my rain boots and go to the barn and take inventory. It is pouring rain here which we are very grateful for, so I am going to use the inventories that I took last week. I am all cozy and thinking of cozy comfort food that I can put on this meal plan for the week.

  7. The baked tilapia cakes look good. I'm working up a new fish recipe on Wednesday. If it turns out well you'll see it on my blog. If not? Well, we'll just pretend it never happened.

Sounds like you've had the weather we had last week. Fortunately it is sunny and in the 60s today which makes happy to an almost silly degree.
