Pistachio Cake Recipe

Our Pistachio Cake Recipe is one of my husbands favorite. He gets so excited when he knows it is on the meal plan for the week. This is a very simple cake and loaded with flavor. It really takes just a few ingredients with a little pudding and some nuts to make this one of your family favorites.

How To Make A Pistachio Cake Recipe

In an electric mixing bowl, mix together the cake mix, lemon-lime soda, oil, eggs, 1 package of the pudding and the salt.

Fold in the coconut, pecans & pistachios.

Pour the batter into a 9X13 baking dish that

 has been sprayed with a baking oil.

Bake in the oven then place it on the cooling rack. Let the cake cool for 1 hour before frosting.

Mix the whipped cream, pudding sugar and salt in the mixer bowl with the electric mixer.  Frost the cake.
