Full Plate Thursday,483

Full Plate Thursday,483 at Miz Helen's Country Cottage
Welcome to Full Plate Thursday and the first week of May! Spring is really here and I am loving being out on the screen porch and working in the garden. We have some really great features from last weeks party that I hope you will take the time to check out. Some places here are beginning to open up a bit and I know  that folks are sure happy to be getting back to work. We are beginning to see some rations on meat and poultry in the super markets here, are you seeing any rations on any food items where you are? We may begin to see some different recipes as time goes along depending on the availability of products. Thanks so much for coming today and I can't wait to see what you will be sharing with us!

  11. Hi Liz Helen, you had some great choices on features this week. I can't wait to try a few. Imported my ideas for using beets this week. They are coming on strong here in AZ. Glad to hear that things are opening up a bit for you guys there. I hope we can all stay healthy and get back to some normal living at the same time. Have a great week!

  13. Hi Miz Helen, So glad things are going well in your neck of the woods. We experienced some rationing early on in the crisis, but supply chains are opening up again and we can mostly find what we need. Sometimes you have to look in more than one place though! Meat wise, we are fine, but we have local butchers who work with local farms so that really helps. I think it varies over different areas of the country. Thank you so much for hosting. I'm at number 67 with a Banana Date Cake with Walnut and Honey Glaze. Take care and have a good weekend!

  14. We are in a condo in a city-ish crowded area. Being a vegetarian, I haven't noticed rationing on meat or poultry but it has been harder to find tofu! Enjoy your garden and outdoor area. Thanks for hosting and have a great week.
