Hello everyone, I am so happy to be here with you today for our meal planning session. The temperatures are so high here right now, I am come to the porch very early and even have the fans on today. In addition I have chipped ice in my coffee! 
Guess what, I had a birthday this past week. I celebrated 87 years and I feel blessed beyond measure! I count all of you among my many blessing of my life, thanks for being here!
