Whats For Dinner Next Week,6-28-20 at Miz Helen's Country Cottage
It is unusually quiet here at the cottage this week. It is the week of the 4th of July and this year is very different, that the other years have been. Our community usually has a parade and our ladies club has a bake sale with a little farm stand for fresh fruits and canned goods. None of that is happening and there won’t be any large gatherings because we are still social distancing because of the Virus. This year will be very quiet, we do have a very small number of family who live close by that will be coming to enjoy the lake and stopping in to enjoy a meal with us so we are sure looking forward to that. We will be having a few fire-works and a small celebration right in our own backyard.

We are so happy that you are able to stop by to spend a little time with us today here at the cottage. I truly hope that you have found some inspiration for your own meal plan for your family. I would be very interested in how you are celebrating the 4th of July this year, so just leave me a comment and let me know what is going on in your world. You have a very safe and healthy week and I will be looking forward to seeing you again soon!

  1. We're going to a cookout at the lake for the 4th of July. We're hoping for nice weather since we typically spend all day outside. I just bought some ravioli and that ravioli lasagna looks amazing!

  3. You didn't share this at the party this week so I had to come find it. So many tasty meals. Love the fried green tomatoes! Have a wonderful fourth of July!
