Our Slow Cooker Peach Barbecue Chicken is so delicious and easy to prepare. Our family loves a great peach recipe and this is one of our favorite peach recipes. This is a very simple recipe and one that you can walk away from, come back later and it is ready to serve. If you are serving 2 or 20 this will be a great recipe to have on hand for a real winner on the table.

Slow Cooker Peach Barbecue Chicken
First We Mix The Barbecue Sauce
Place The Chicken Legs Or Thighs Into The Slow Cooker
Generously Salt and Pepper
Now Just Pour That Delicious Barbecue Sauce
Over The Chicken
Put The Lid On and Let It Cook For
3 to 4 Hours on High
or
6 to 8 Hours on Low

Ingredients
3 pounds chicken drumsticks or thighs
salt and pepper
1 cup hickory flavored barbecue sauce
1 cup peach preserves
4 teaspoons yellow mustard
Directions
In a mixing pitcher, mix together the barbecue sauce, preserves and mustard.
Generously salt and pepper all the chicken pieces on all sides.
Place the seasoned chicken into the slow cooker.
Pour the mixed barbecue sauce over the seasoned chicken, making sure all the chicken pieces are covered well.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
Remove the chicken from the cooker and serve the sauce on the side.
