Whats For Dinner Next Week,6-2-19 at Miz Helen's Country Cottage

It is so exciting to turn the calendar and it's June! We are really looking forward to the summer months here at the cottage. I love making meal plans this for this season with all the fresh fruits and vegetables. We actually picked our first ripe tomato yesterday, it was a Roma, they always come early and are great producers. We will be gearing up to make our homemade salsa before to much longer. So glad you could join me today, sitting on the screen porch, sipping sweet tea, planning meals with great recipes!

  1. Here's what I don't like about your weekly menus. Having to choose what to try first!! You are an amazing cook! Thanks for sharing at the What's for Dinner party.

  2. Putting those chops on the menu for tomorrow which means that my cast iron skillet will be in use every night. Thank you sweetie!

  3. Those pork chops and pork kebabs look great. I know I'll be making quiches to bring to brunch on Saturday - thinking sausage and broccoli, atm - cheese to be determined based on what's nice and melty and strikes my fancy at the supermarket. Otherwise, other than knowing I'll be stopping on the road for a slice or two of pizza today, and that I'll be having simpler pork chops tonight (no time to really cook today) -- no firm decisions.
